There's a bunch of tutorials on the site to help you get used to flash, although a couple of them may be pretty old they should pretty much teach of the basics of what you need to know.

Here's the flash forum that should help you if you get into what you need to know, just don't act like a retard and everyone there should help you if you have problems with flash that the tutorials won't help you with.
